As the history page shows, we just moved into our current facilities in April, 2002. Grades 1 through 11 (only 11 grades in Honduras) have their own classrooms. Additionally we have a library, an art / shop room and this year we were happy to set up a computer lab. The basketball / soccer court is in the center courtyard of the school and life certainly centers here during recess and lunch break. At Christmas we inaugerated our new auditorium with the Christmas banquet. Teachers have a private lounge to work on papers, drink coffee, etc. and the administration has a separate office as well. Our school is located about 1.5 miles east of town on the road to Gracias, just a few hundred yards past the national university campus. Teachers are normally collected by a local minibus service.
